More than a keyboard warrior, Ezekiel has traveled the country to engage with his audience at culturally significant events aimed at building bridges through community collaboration.
A former social worker, Ezekiel has long been personally invested in the lives and outcomes of his people.
As the founder of Offa Wordz, Ezekiel leverages over 15 years of empowering and unifying Black folks through creative stories to positively reflect our experiences.
He has written nonfiction books, award-winning screenplays, and viral articles about Black culture, and as a HBCU grad, he utilized his psychology degree to work with social service organizations for over a decade to better his community's condition.

By creating impactful ways to communicate your organization’s intentions through proven methods of success, Ezekiel has developed programs and concepts for schools, corporations and mom-and-pops.
In doing so, they reach their intended audience by launching campaigns designed to peak engagement and stimulate dialogue.

Seventy Moons
In the summer of 2018, Ezekiel released a narrative nonfiction memoir and poetry book, Seventy Moons. A true story which detailed a unhoused departure from North Carolina to travel nine hours away in pursuit of a new career opportunity in Indiana.

The Madea Factory
Reminiscent of a
Familiar Face
During the summer of 2014, Ezekiel released The Madea Factory, an insightful book that challenged the works of one of America's most popular and successful entertainment moguls, Tyler Perry, and his popular "Madea" character.
In 2016, Black As I Wanna Be revisits the most recent recurring murders by way of police brutality and what revolutionary changes are needed to make a difference to the institutional controls that have shackled Black Americans for centuries.
After graduating from an HBCU, in 2010, Ezekiel wrote a book including interviews with world-renowned poet Nikki Giovanni, author Terrie M. Williams, researcher Dr. Richard Lapchick, along with others who provide their unique perspective and expertise.

As a lifelong writer and psychology major in undergrad, Ezekiel has always been into exploring why things happen the way they do and why people are motivated to make certain decisions.
